I had a fun time putting a modern spin on today's free printable Merry Christmas card. It's filled with several shades of holiday colors and LOTS of merry. Download this card below.
When someone uses the word 'merry' nine times in a row, you know it means business. Ha! But, seriously, this is definitely the merriest Christmas card with a fun vibe to send holiday wishes. It also includes a light pink polka dotted background. Download your free printable Merry Christmas Card below.
Merry Christmas Card
Ready or not, it's time to send out Christmas cards. Rather than the bulk photo card prints I've done in the past, I'm printing 4x6" family photos and putting them inside greeting cards. I guess that's now considered old school. But, I'm keeping the list small and writing notes inside each and every card. This Merry (x9) Christmas card is one of the contenders I'm thinking of using this year.INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRINTING AND USAGE
- These holiday card designs are for personal use. However, if you do own a small shop or business and would like to carry the physical version of the cards (no reselling of digital items is permitted), you may purchase a commercial license here.
- Be sure to print your Christmas card onto white, letter-sized cardstock. Regular paper is actually too thin for any type of greeting card printing. You can purchase a pack of white, letter-sized cardstock here on Amazon.
- Once your card is printed, you can cut it out of the cardstock. I have provided a small, green outline running around the perimeter of the card to make this easy. I recommend using a paper cutter if you're cutting a few cards. I use the Fiskars Paper Trimmer and really enjoy it...it has a small wire inside that creates a cutting guide and it's very precise. Grab this same paper trimmer here on Amazon. Of course, regular scissors work perfectly fine, too.
- After your card is cut out, fold it in half. Run your finger (or the handle end of your scissors) along the fold to remove any creases.
- Don't forget the best part...be sure to write your own thoughts and sentiments inside the card.
- Envelope information is available below.
Envelopes for Your Christmas Card
All of the card designs I create here on Print Pretty Cards are designed to fit standard A6 envelopes. The measurements for an A6 envelope is 4 3/4" x 6 1/2". I purchase all of my A6 envelopes through Amazon (they seem to have the most flap options and colors choices...even over my own local office-supply stores). I listed out a couple options below on Amazon that will coordinate well for today's Merry Christmas card:
Coordinating Christmas Gift Tags
Over on my other blog, I Should Be Mopping the Floor, I have a companion print for today's Merry Christmas Card. The above, free printable Merry Christmas gift tag, is perfect for all of your presents this season. The only design difference is the lack of pink dots...I kept them off of the tag due to the green dot for the punch hole (it seemed to compete too much). You can find these tags here.
