Birthday cards have to be one of my favorite things to design. They're fun and festive and always up for a celebration. Today's two designs feature banners, cupcakes, polka dots, and sprinkles...the perfect mix of birthday fun. Download your favorite version of this Happy Birthday Card Printable below.
Happy Birthday Card Printable
So, I'm pretty sure when you read this Happy Birthday Card Printable, you most likely sang the "and many more (morrrrrrrrre)". Am I right?I only know this because while both designing, setting up photos, and writing this post, "and many morrrrrrrre" has gone through my head umpteen times.
You really can't go wrong with either of these designs...they're both delicious and calorie-free (a very important aspect of any birthday card).
Happy Birthday Card Printable Designs
- Both of these cards have brighter shades of pastels throughout the designs. And each design is anchored on a bed of watercolor green polka dots.
- Each design has a colorful banner with "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" in the upper left corner, along with a ribbon across the cupcake with that classic "and many more!".
- One cupcake has a blue wrapper and multi-colored sprinkles atop white icing, while the other cupcake has a pink wrapper with pink icing and pink sprinkles.
But, I have to admit, the pink cupcake really does have my heart.
Not sure what to say inside your card? It's not always the easiest thing to come up with just the write words. If you need a bit of inspiration, be sure to check out my 101 Messages to Write Inside a Birthday Card. There is a birthday greeting for EVERYONE!
Printing and Using Your Cards
- These birthday cards are for personal use. However, if you have a small business or shop and want to carry the physical, printed version of these cards (no digital reselling is allowed), you can purchase a commercial license here.
- Make sure you only print greeting cards onto letter-sized white cardstock paper. Regular paper is too thin for greeting cards and the corners will curl up.
- You can purchase a pack of letter-sized white cardstock here on Amazon. It's my go to place for where I purchase my own cardstock. And, they have the best prices.
- After printing your Happy Birthday Card Printable, you'll cut around the outside of the small hairline surrounding the perimeter of the card. You can use scissors or even a paper cutter for this. Personally, I like to use this Fiskars Paper Cutter-- it makes quick work of cutting out cards.
- Once you have your card cut out, fold it in half. I like to take the handle of my scissors and run it along the crease of the card to remove any wrinkles.
- Don't forget to write your own sentiments inside your card. This is a great way to personalize your happy birthday card printable.
- Envelope information is available below.
Envelopes for Your Cards

I also listed a couple of options below on Amazon for today's Happy Birthday Card Printable:Download Your Happy Birthday Card Printable:
